When listing your home, as your ASP, Accredited Staging Professional, let me advise you not only on pricing your home, but on how to sell your space and not your clutter! One of the first things I will do before putting your house on the market is prepare your house to sell. I want to show your house off in its best light to maximize your earning potential. I will tour your house with the eye of a buyer - what works, what doesn't work.

Also, I am Certified by the National Association of Realtors, as an SFR, Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certified for helping Sellers and/or Buyers through the Short Sale & Foreclosure process which is essential as a source of expertise in today's Buying and Selling market.

 I have successfully completed the E-PRO internet training program. This is a must when choosing a Real Estate professional that knows how to use technology and what today's consumer really wants. It is the only internet certification that is endorsed by the National Association of Realtors.

Figure out your Finances

That means determining how much money you can raise for your down payment and how much you can afford to pay on a monthly basis. Go to a lender to find out the size of mortgage you qualify for and get pre-approved. Better yet, find a mortgage broker to find you the best mortgage rate possible. When calculating the costs of home ownership, remember to plan for homeowner's insurance, property taxes, private mortgage insurance (if required) utilities, repairs, and maintainance.
